We have published dozens of articles for roadway and underground trade publications and have litigated dozens of cases involving underground utilities on the trial court and appellate levels. We handle everything from the negotiation and drafting of contract documents to navigating bids and bid protests to the litigation of disputes on the trial and appellate levels. As a member of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) and the Southern Utility Contractors Association (SUCA), we actively support the industry as well as have several employees that worked in the industry prior to joining Cotney.
