Brian Oblow

Brian is a trial lawyer, certified circuit civil mediator with 20 years of experience, and is a Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law and arbitration, including OSHA defense, lien law, bond law, bid protests, and document review and drafting. He also has an extensive background litigating commercial and insurance-related matters.
Brian was born in Port Jefferson, New York, and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of Florida in 1995 and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1999. Prior to joining Cotney, Brian served as a shareholder of a full-service corporate law firm.
