Erica Hinsley

Erica Hinsley is Cotney’s Legal Assistant and Paralegal Manager and Legal Billing Coordinator.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies.  She has over 10 years in the legal industry and has been with Cotney since 2016.   

Erica manages our team of legal assistants and paralegals that support all attorneys at our firm.  She oversees the department and is responsible for their day-to-day job performance and overall firm accountability. Additionally, she is responsible for compiling, managing, and executing attorney billing. She works closely with attorneys and other administrative department heads to ensure firm efficiency and compliance.
