Hilary Morgan, based in Denver, Colorado, and Tampa, Florida, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer.  She practices commercial litigation with a primary focus on construction law. Hilary’s familiarity with construction began at a young age with her father working as a general contractor and other family members working as architects and engineers. Growing up in Stuart, Florida, where development was a primary driver of the local economy, she gained an appreciation and understanding of the complexities of large commercial construction projects.

Hilary has represented virtually every type of client in relation to a construction project. At the beginning of her career, she represented surety bond companies which gave her a working knowledge of surety bonds which she utilizes in helping her current clients. Currently, Hilary represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and others in all aspects of construction law. She handles issues relating to all aspects of construction law, including liens, surety bonds, contracts, delay, scheduling, insurance, construction defects, bid protests, licensing, and other related issues.

Hilary represents clients in litigation and arbitration, as well as outside of litigation, such as claims avoidance, contract review and drafting, and resolving change order or site condition disputes and other disputes arising on site.
