Jessica Preble

Jessica Preble is the Director of Human Resources and Controller for Cotney Attorneys & Consultants. She has worked within the construction industry supporting the needs in both the Accounting and Human Resources Departments since entering the workforce after graduating from college. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Colorado. After gaining skills in the workplace, she soon realized that the modern business environment required advanced training in knowing how the movement and behavior of both finances and human capital facilitate the growth and health of an organization. This awareness drove her to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Jessica Preble remains a participating member of the Society for Human Resources Management on both the local and national levels. She also maintains a membership with the Construction Financial Management Administration and the National Women in Roofing. Jessica Preble remains committed to continuing to grow relationships by meeting new people, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
